Question 1

How can I contact Fly2Sky for general inquiries?

Question 2

What type of airline is Fly2Sky?

Accepted Answer

Fly2Sky is an EU-registered airline based in Sofia, Bulgaria, specializing in ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) leasing and charter flight services. They provide aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance to other airlines and tour operators worldwide, rather than selling individual tickets directly to the public for scheduled routes.

Question 3

How do I make a claim for a delayed or cancelled flight operated by Fly2Sky?

Accepted Answer

Claims for flight delays, denied boarding, or cancellations should be sent in writing to Fly2Sky within three months from the date of the flight. The claims can be submitted to claims@fly2sky.aero or sent to their official address: 7 bul. Iskarsko Shose, Building 01, Floor 2, 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria. Fly2Sky will typically reply within six weeks of receiving the claim.

Question 4

What is Fly2Sky's policy on baggage?

Accepted Answer

Fly2Sky's baggage allowance is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth by the carrier, which are typically available upon request or detailed on the passenger coupon/ticket. For flights operated by Fly2Sky on behalf of another airline or tour operator, the baggage policy of the marketing carrier or tour operator usually applies. Passengers are advised to check their specific itinerary or contact the entity from whom they purchased their ticket for precise baggage rules.

Question 5

What is the refund policy for flights operated by Fly2Sky?

Accepted Answer

In cases of flight cancellation or significant delay, passengers are generally entitled to re-routing or a refund of the full ticket cost, in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, unless the cancellation was due to extraordinary circumstances. Refund requests for tickets purchased directly from Fly2Sky (e.g., for charter services) are processed according to applicable tariffs. For tickets bought through other airlines or tour operators, their specific refund policies will apply.

Question 6

Does Fly2Sky offer scheduled passenger flights that I can book directly?

Accepted Answer

Fly2Sky primarily operates as an ACMI and charter airline, meaning they provide aircraft and crew to other airlines and tour operators. They do not typically sell individual tickets for scheduled passenger flights directly to the public. Passengers usually fly on a Fly2Sky aircraft as part of a service provided by another airline or tour operator.

Question 7

What should I do if my flight, operated by Fly2Sky, is delayed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If your flight operated by Fly2Sky is delayed or cancelled, your rights are generally governed by EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. The operating air carrier (Fly2Sky) or the marketing carrier (the airline you booked with) is responsible for offering assistance, re-routing, or a refund. You should contact the airline or tour operator you booked your flight with for immediate assistance and information.

Question 8

Can I transport pets on a Fly2Sky operated flight?

Accepted Answer

The transportation of pets is generally possible with prior notice to the carrier. If accepted, pets, their container, and food are typically considered excess baggage and are subject to applicable rates, not included in the free baggage allowance. Guide dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities are usually carried free of charge. It is best to confirm the specific pet policy with the airline or tour operator you booked with, as Fly2Sky operates for various clients.

Question 9

How can I provide feedback or make a complaint about a flight operated by Fly2Sky?

Accepted Answer

For feedback or complaints regarding a flight operated by Fly2Sky, you can send an email to claims@fly2sky.aero. For formal claims related to delays, cancellations, or denied boarding, written communication to their official address is recommended.
