If your flight is cancelled and you have paid in advance, there will be no refund of the transfer fee. If you opted for 'Payment-on-the-day,' you should notify FoxTransfer immediately to cancel your transfer, otherwise, a 'No-Show' fee may apply. If your flight is delayed, the Local Service Provider will track your new arrival time, and your driver will be arranged to meet you at the actual arrival time, so there is no need to make alternative arrangements.

What is the baggage allowance for FoxTransfer services?

The normal baggage allowance is one standard case weighing not more than 32 kg and one item of hand luggage not exceeding 10 kg. Any additional bags beyond this allowance must be paid for and clearly indicated in your reservation. Drivers are not able to carry extra baggage that is not specified on your Reservation Voucher on the day of the transfer.

Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage into the transfer vehicle. For private transfers, drivers may also assist passengers in the arrivals area to carry luggage to the transfer vehicle. Luggage assistance services are specifically available for Private, VIP, Business, and Limousine transfers.
