For motorcycle rentals, if you cancel more than 31 days before the scheduled pickup date, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. Cancellations made between 21-30 days before pickup incur a 30% cancellation fee, with the remainder issued as store credit. For cancellations between 11-20 days, a 60% fee applies, and no refunds are provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the pickup date.
